        In "I Know the Truth, So Don't Bother Me with Facts,"Jeffrey Kluger states that people are esaily mislead by rumors and lies, He believes that even people learn by the facts, they rather than trust rumor which was pretended perfectly. For example, in a study by R.Kelly Garrnett and Erik Nesbet, assistant professors of communication at Ohio State University, they recruited 750 people who believe at least one of the rumors about the proposed Islamic cultural center and tell them the facts,less than one third of the people willing to change their mind. Kluger also believes that the rest of the people are too obstinate to change their mind. They prefer to stand on what their thinking. Some investigators are think deeper on the basic of data.
         I agree with Jeffery Kluger  when he states that "Even when people do take time to learn the facts, the effort often does no good." The reason why i agree with him, First, sometimes people don't like being told they're wrong because accept the facts sometimes it is painful. Second, people always like to trust themselves instead of other people. There are so many facts in the world but some people don't like to face the truth. They like to stay in their own world without the true facts. I remember when i was in high school in history class teacher told us about person name is Giordino Bruno who  was an Italian Dominican friar, philosopher, mathematician and astronomer and he believes that the the Sun was essentially a star, and moreover, that the universe contained an infinite number of inhabited worlds populated by other intelligent beings. Some people against him and didn't believe him. They thought that he talked nonsense and wanted to kill him as well. He was burned at the time just because he still thought the fact and told others this fact but others didn't want to accept the fact. Many years later, many philosophers wanted to prove the fact like what Giordino Bruno talked before. They were also died by killed from other people but now we know he was right,he's died. That is good reason why people don't like to accept the fact. They won't be told they are wrong.
          As a result, If people had accepted the facts being told, the world would have gotten big process. We can get to learn from each other.
