"I Know the Truth, so Don't Bother me with Facts"

1. Significant Idea: "Even when people do take time to learn the facts, the effort often does no good."
2. Claim: I agree with Jeffrey Kluger.
3. Reasons: First, sometimes people don't like being told they're wrong because accept the facts sometimes it is painful. Second, people always like to trust themselves instead of other people.
